The Domestic Shipping charges are FLAT irrespective of the order weight while the International Shipping charges may vary based on the order weight. 

Please note that POD/COD (Pay on Delivery/ Cash On Delivery) facility is available only for shipment within India. In case a customer refuses to accept a POD/COD order and the same gets RTO, their next order/s shall not be processed in POD /COD mode and have to be placed in Prepaid mode only.

Delivery of damaged/defective product. What do I do?

Vilasata employs some of the finest standards regarding product quality checks before dispatching a product. In an improbable incident of a damaged/defective product being delivered, please note that we expect users to inform us within 48 hours of the delivery. We won't be able to entertain and honor any requests/ complaints informed beyond this time window.

How do international duties and taxes work?

All the orders shipped internationally on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means the product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. And the recipient, the buyer is liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country users are in. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell users the cost as it varies from country to country.

How do I cancel my international order?

Please note that users' orders can only be canceled before we have dispatched them to users, please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details. We have no way of canceling it once it is shipped from our end.

Once we receive the product, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days. Please note that International Shipping charges will not be refunded.

What if the Buyer doesn't want to pay my international duties and taxes?

If the Buyer chooses to refuse the delivery of the product for any reason, the refund cost will be made after deducting the import/shipping charges we incur to ship the product back to India. If the return charges are higher than the order refund amount, no refund will be made.
